Tom's Fund

Raising money for Tom's Fund at Cancer Research Wales (Charity Number 1167290). Tom Walker, aged 13, fell ill on Monday 28 May 2018. After just over two weeks of slow decline with a range of conditions he was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia on Wednesday 13 June. His condition rapidly worsened while he was having an operation on Thursday 14 June and he died after returning to intensive care that afternoon. His leukaemia became very aggressive in the last 24 hours and overwhelmed first his kidneys and then his heart.
